When does Coronavirus stop? When all do not have forgotten health problems, like young men and healthy kids and know alternative self-healing. What do flu, cold, Ketoflu, COVID-19 tell us? The modern medical: Expensive, profit & useless narrow views!

When all people do know how to use hands, stick, object or ball to clap, to punch quickly, comfortably on the back to remove trigger points to stop cough, difficult breath. Then learn to self-remove all the trigger points. COVID-19 EPIDEMIC WILL STOP.

You may feel like this is similar to postural drainage. No, this is better. The postural drainage technique makes patients feel lots of roughness on the back but does not make the lungs vibrate much. Punching on the back makes the whole lungs vibrate, this will make patients breathe easier. Do this in the right degree can be seen as a massage for the lungs to boost the health of the lungs.
To know how much the vibration of the vessels and cells in the lungs, just quickly punching on the table, and see the vibrations of dust and objects on the table. If we can punch with a quick rhythm, we can make the lungs vibrate most with the little effort. The more we do for patients, the better the patients feel.
By finding and removing trigger points in the lungs we can help to treat 2019-nCov, Corona, flu, flu A, cough, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonitis, COPD, chest pain, difficulty breathing, tonsillitis, rhinitis, lungs, flu complication. On the other hand, removing trigger points in the lungs can boost the health of the lungs, supply well oxygens for all important organs and the whole body in critical situations.
Quickly and slightly punch on the back under which there are the lungs, if there are places that the patients feel hurt, pain, breathlessness, causing the coughing or feel comfortable these are the trigger points which can make the lungs ill or pneumonitis. The trigger points I usually find are on the bottom of the lungs. We can remove these trigger points in the lungs by continuous punching on the lungs and the bottom of the lungs, which are the site of trigger points, for about 10 to 30 minutes each time. By asking the feeling of the patients and the sound during punching on the back we can know whether or not the trigger points have been removed?

We can use a blanket or a towel to cover the upper back, ask patients to lie down, then we clapping, or punching on the back. Right punching/clapping makes patients feel better, calmer, and do not make the pain more or the skin become red.
During the time of practicing, I always find these trigger points in the lungs of the practitioners even they are healthy by quick and slight punching on the back, and I make them feel better and healthier by continuous punching. The video in this writing also illustrates the way that I usually do.

The health of the lungs also impacts the health of the heart, intestine, liver, kidneys, blood vessels and the billion cells in the body, so removing the forgotten trigger points in the lungs we can make all the body in a good shape.

By doing so, we can simply cure a chronic cold, cough, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonitis, COPD, chest pain, difficulty breathing, tonsillitis, and rhinitis.

    Use stick, or club, or the baseball club, or a 1m stick, clap it to the back, you can bend forward a little. or a basketball put in its cover, swing it back to the back. You can cover the back with woolen tissue or woolen clothes.

    Phòng và hỗ trợ chữa Cúm, cúm a, cảm lạnh, khó thở, và có thể cả corona virus (Covid-19) nằm ở nhận diện và loại bỏ các điểm tắc ở trong phổi, đáy phổi.

    Bước 1. Tăng ăn, tăng uống, tập nhẹ yoga, khí công, khí công y đạo hay thể dục tầm 10 - 20 phút, mệt lại ăn uống thêm hoặc nằm ngửa đặt vật 0.5kg - 1kg ở bụng dưới tầm 20 phút cho ấm chân tay.

    Bước 2: khi ấm ta có thể tự vỗ vai, cổ, đầu, vỗ nhẹ, đều đến rát thì thôi. Chưa đạt độ rát thì nghỉ 1 lúc rồi vỗ tiếp. Vỗ vậy sẽ giúp giảm đau cơ, đau đầu, chóng mặt. Giảm sốt. Nhờ người khác vỗ thắt lưng, hông, và đấm rung vùng lưng như ở bước 3.

    Vỗ rung lưng của khí công sư, bổ phổi, kích thích hô hấp. Như là đấm, đập êm vào lưng. Khắp lưng, lưu ý vùng lưng nối với cổ và 2 đáy phổi - đoạn cuối của xương sườn. Đập rung thấy êm, hết đau tức, bình thường thì thôi. Tầm 10 - 30 phút hay lâu hơn.

    M thực hành thấy đa số mọi người có vấn đề, vì sống trong môi trường ô nhiễm, chất ô nhiễm, bụi hay lắng đọng ở phổi và hai đáy phổi. Đặc biệt những người hay có vấn đề về hô hấp.
